The Role

As an Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of KIVOFA’s premium experience. You will ensure that every order, every interaction, and every operation reflects our brand’s promise of quality, care, and reliability.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders, resolve any customer inconvenience with empathy, and collect post-sale feedback to enhance satisfaction.

  • Operations & Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and quality standards.

  • Order Management: Translate customer requirements into actionable manufacturing plans, ensuring Supima cotton t-shirts in India, and Premium Cotton T-Shirts are crafted to perfection.

  • Quality & Compliance: Oversee that product tags, descriptions, and online listings — on KIVOFA’s website and platforms like Amazon — meet premium standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps and propose solutions that elevate the overall brand experience.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Fresh graduate from a Fashion Design, Apparel, or Textile Design College.

  • Passionate about luxury apparel, premium cotton t-shirts, and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Comfortable with inventory management tools, e-commerce platforms, and operational workflows.

  • A team player committed to upholding KIVOFA’s premium brand values in every interaction.
